Firstly I hope everyone is enjoying the new look of the gym with a more comfortable reception area and slicker training room?
Unfortunately I am sure you have already heard during sessions that we have had to change the Xmas Interclub and Grading around so please check date changes on the website.
We set some training plans for our top fighters at training last night which should help make improvements through into the new year ready for our first comp in Watford and then on to Athens early Feb. I am really excited about both our Adults and kids team for next year as the kids are flying and improving every week and the adults seem to have regroupped and very enthusiatic for the new year.
I hope everyone will make our end of year presentations and xmas parties including the adult activity day which should be a scream!
